Returns

You have the option to return the order within 14 days. The return period is 14 working days from the day on which you received your order. The costs of returns are for your own account.

Please return the ordered products and any samples and gifts received, in a good and unused condition, and in the original packaging. With every return we ask you to send an email to info@sbt-lab.com with your order number, contact data, reason of return and the product(s) you want to return. So we can accept your return request. We can only process returns, if complied to all of the above.
